Ann Pidcock, www.annieyoga.co.uk will be teaching you a dynamic, heartfelt, creative Vinyasa Flow in the mornings and a more restorative routine in the late afternoon, sharing some of her favourite Yoga Nidras in the evenings to ensure you have a good night’s sleep. Her original teacher training was 500 hours BWY with Danny DeVille. She has since sought out wisdom from many wonderful teachers, adding texture and depth to this foundation. Her interest in how the body moves is largely influenced by her work in dance, whereas the breathing, asana and esoteric elements stem from her education in Yoga and its rich history of ideas and styles.
Ann trained in restorative yoga with Judith Hanson Lasater and is a certified ‘Relax and Renew’ teacher. She is a certified Believing whole heartedly that being able to access this profoundly restful state is deeply important to being healthy human beings.
